ANEW provides training to women who have completed at least class 10. All programs include spoken English language training. A working knowledge of English is a big plus point in getting a good job in India.

  

ANEW programs provide practical job skills and economic independence to women. These programs benefit young women from poor families and help them improve their standard of living and go beyond just hand-outs. It provides them with tools and education necessary to help them help themselves at
a consistent sustainable level.

  
         
 

Who can join ANEW?

• Minimum qualification - 10th passed.
• Family income not more than Rs. 5000/- per month
• Age limit: 17-40 years

Ladies with small babies are not encouraged to get admitted.

  The girls are not only taught how to make a living but also to be economically independent. They are familiarised with the functioning of the bank and post-office and must have a bank account once they start earning.
